Our ruggedised, portable and superbly engineered system delivers an exceptional 'cloud-first' solution, automatically capturing 4K imagery, voice-to-text POI annotations, GPS/what3words locations and dynamic mapping, to deliver up to date condition monitoring records of roads, highways and infrastructure, searchable and viewable on the desktop, any time of the day - 365 days a year. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and with Audit365 it becomes a reality, enabling the monitoring of compliance and works, and a continually auditable 'street view' of the environs in which it has been deployed.

The system can be fit in any vehicle in around 2 minutes.
The organisation / user predetermines the specifications for image capture, both in relation to distance between images, and the time span from the last image at that location.
With a simple 'turn on and log on' feature, the built in screen turns off as soon as the vehicle moves. Once mobile, the camera automatically registers a 4k still image at the pre-determined cadence. The images are then shown as a black marker on the map of the route driven.
The wire free microphone automatically denotes each press of the button as a Point Of Interest (POI), identifying the location with a red marker.
All data is GDPR compliant and retained using AWS. It is then viewed and managed through a web based platform (either in the office or out on site), it is highly searchable and each image can be viewed using high zoom to see fine detail. With configurable workflow management, the organisation can identify, review, triage and allocate actions relating to any image captured in the system, to members of their own organisation or contractors who are set up in their system.

The system has been designed to be hard wired into fleet vehicles for routine deployment where a portable system may not be appropriate, such as refuse vehicles, or Highways maintenance vehicles regularly traversing the networks.
